Where’s The Clean-Up?

Snow has been on the ground for sometime and there are many sidewalks in Port Washington that have still not been shoveled. This means that as a pedestrian my choice is to risk a fall walking on mounds of snow or being hit by a car when I walk in the street.
In some cases I have been forced onto roads that were icy with cars skidding and out of control. There certainly seem to be enough people around who will clear snow for a fee. Snow removal is one of the costs of home ownership either because of the labor or the money required. I would like to see the laws enforced so that people can get around town without having to drive.
