The Port Washington Public Library’s Children’s Services department held a party in thanks for its wonderful high school volunteers on Friday, Aug. 12. Throughout the summer, volunteers assisted with the annual summer reading program, workshops and various activities in the Children’s Room.
Department head Rachel Fox and her young adult staff organized a fun evening with pizza, cake, a movie, group games and a library scavenger hunt. The library thanks these dedicated volunteers for helping Port’s kids have a great summer!
