Nashville recording artist and bestselling author Robert Hunter is set to perform at Dolphin Bookstore on Sept. 22 as part of his cross country Relapse + Revival Tour.

The nationwide Relapse + Revival Tour was inspired by Robert’s wife, Becky, who battled adversity and triumphed over an aggressive, hard-to-treat cancer. In the days leading up to a critical surgery, Becky made Robert promise to publish his crazy book, Relapse: A Love Story—written to make her laugh and smile—and to share both his book and his music with others. When the promise was made, Becky’s health was failing and the prospect of the couple pursuing this dream together seemed impossible. Now, the pair celebrates being cancer-free as they embrace life, love and the madness of it all.

At 6 p.m., on Sept. 22, Robert will be signing copies of his highly anticipated new novel Relapse: A Love Story, which was recently ranked #52 on one of Amazon’s Best Sellers Lists, and performing cuts from his new record Revival at The Dolphin Bookshop. Books and albums will be available for purchase.

Throughout the Relapse + Revival Tour, Robert and Becky will be raising money for local groups helping cancer patients as well as personally delivering comfort items to cancer patients that they meet along the way.

Now almost six months into the tour, Robert has visited 26 of the 50 states and traveled 37,000 miles. While in Pennsylvania this September, Robert will be opening for The Charlie Daniels Band on Sept. 21 before moving on to the New England states up through Maine and down the east coast to Florida. Robert projects to culminate the Relapse + Revival Tour in April 2019 and has already been discussing a European tour for the near future.
