Lifeguards Wanted In Nassau County

Lifeguards are needed for the summer season in Nassau County, according to Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano. Nassau County Department of Parks, Recreation and Museums is seeking applicants to fill open lifeguard positions at Nassau County’s outdoor pools located at Cantiague Park, Christopher Morley Park, North Woodmere Park, Manorhaven Beach Park and Wantagh Park for the 2016 summer pool season.SPREADSTORY032316A

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and must possess current Nassau County Lifeguard Certification; current (no more than a year old) American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer or current American Heart Association CPR/AED for the Health Professional; and current American Red Cross or American Heart Association First Aid.
