Everyone loves festivals and looks forward to having a tasty lunch or snack at the food booths.

HarborFest’s Fabulous Food Court does not disappoint. This year you can look forward to wonderful and diverse selections brought to you by Port Washington’s own caterers, restaurants and organizations.Feast051816A Feast051816C

Ayhan’s Shish Kebab will serve their famous Mediterranean specialties. Yummy Gyro will debut at HarborFest with crab cake sandwiches, paella and Greek yogurt parfaits. Long Island Festival Catering will offer steak sandwiches, French fries and much more. Rosie’s Food Truck will return with gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. The Manhasset Bay Sportsmen’s Club will be offering seafood and “pickles on a stick.” To round out the selections, Port Youth Activities (PYA) will grill up traditional, all-American hot dogs and hamburgers.

In addition to lunch, there are many delicious treats and desserts in the Fabulous Food Court.

You don’t want to miss the Crazy Cakes Food Truck with many kinds of specialty cupcakes to please everyone’s sweet tooth. Long Island Kettle Corn will return with fresh popped corn in many flavors. COFFEED Sweet Comfort will sell delicious baked goods. Metropolitan Egg Cream will be creating refreshing egg creams and lime rickeys. Ralph’s Italian Ices will return with ice cold treats in many flavors.

In addition, Mel’s Ice Cream Truck will return and be parked at Sunset Park, near the Art in the Park Tent.

If you have ever been to HarborFest, you know the Food Court is unique among festivals because it offers more than traditional festival fare, it offers both quality and diversity. If you are looking for a gourmet lunch, a snack, dessert or a refreshing cold treat on the waterfront of beautiful Manhasset Bay, HarborFest is the place to be to try a variety of yummy food.

The Port Washington Chamber of Commerce has lined up a great variety of very delectable selections that are sure to please everyone. Whether your taste runs to traditional festival food or to more unique cuisine, bring your appetite and get ready to feast all day at HarborFest on June 5 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
