Anthony J. Sardinha, age 46, of Port Washington, died suddenly on August 22, 2016. He is survived by his parents James and Blanca, his brother Peter, and many cousins. Funeral arrangements were handled by Austin F. Knowles, Inc. Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday, August 26, 2016 at 9:30 AM. The interment followed at Nassau Knolls Cemetery. Donations in his memory to Autism Speaks, Long Island, 382 Main St., Port Washington, NY 11050 would be greatly appreciated.
