Jennifer Cona, managing partner at Genser Dubow Genser & Cona (GDGC), an elder law firm in Melville, has been elected vice chair of the Board of Trustees of the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation (LIAF) in Port Washington. She
has served on the board for the past five years
and on the legal advisory board for 16 years.
Cona is working with LIAF on strategic planning and rebranding to reshape the future of the organization. She is involved with launching
new and expanded programs, including the Memory Fitness Center, developing strategic alliances with other social service agencies and finding new satellite locations that will broaden LIAF’s reach geographically.
“This is an exciting time for me to help LIAF
with its plans to expand the population they serve and reach out to more areas on LI,” said Cona.
